The BatteryAssure™ Sensor is installed on one battery cable in the golf car or Neighborhood Electric Vehicles(NEV). Installion is easy and flexible. It features a built in LCD display for direct viewing by fleet operations staff and for troubleshooting.

Installation consists of selecting an appropriate location where the Sensor will not obstruct other important car systems or wiring. Each Sensor can be installed on the Positive or Negative battery cable or even in between any two batteries in the string, wherever convenient.

Step 1 Disconnect a battery cable (anywhere in the string) from the battery terminal and thread the cable thorough the Sensor, then reconnect, being carefule to Observe the Current Flow arrow marked on the Sensor (always point it from Positive to Negative).

Step 2 Connect the thin red wire from the Sensor housing to the Positive battery pack terminal and the thin black wire to the Negative terminal.
